I love short burst workouts that you can do anywhere. This workout is from the boys over at Best Life and it is a good anywhere/anytime workout. Go from one move to the next with no rest, but do take a 3 minute break in between sets. Have fun and get fit!
Squat-Thrust Jump. Aim for 15 reps.
Towel pull-up with knee-raise. Work up to 10 to 15.
Walking Push-Up. For one minute.
One-Legged Squat. Do 10 to 12 reps on each leg.
Sit Up, Pull Back. For one minute.
